STAYS
We require a minimum four night stay.

BOOKING
If you would like to book a suite, we ask for a 25% deposit to hold a booking. No apartments can be held without a deposit. The balance is due at Arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The 25% down payment in non refundable!
There are no refunds for early departures!

TAX RATE
The state of Israel requires a 16% sales tax per stay; however this sales tax is waived to foreign tourists coming to Israel. In order to avoid this sales tax you will need to provide us with your passport information.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payments may be made using local or US checks, bank deposit/transfer or with Paypal.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of $500 per stay to insure the integrity of the apartment and furniture. The deposit can be made with check or credit card which we will not deposit or charge. When you leave the apartment we will walk through and make sure nothing is damaged or missing.

Within 72 hours of your departure we will contact you to confirm that we have released the security deposit or if there is any kind of problem.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
To insure that all apartments are cleaned and prepared for all guests our
Check in is after 3PM
Check out is by 10AM

Should you require an early check in or late check out please notify us and we will see if we can accommodate you. There may be charge of up to 50% of the nightly rate. All inquiries must be made with at lease 24 hours prior notice.

KEYS
As a service to our guests, we arrange a key greeter to meet you at the suite upon arrival. The key greeter will escort you to the suite, help with your luggage and answer any questions you may have about the suite. In order to coordinate this, please provide us with your arrival schedule.  For off hour check ins you will be given instructions for getting in on your own.

APARTMENT CONDUCT
Your suite is a private, residential apartment. It is strictly against our policy and the policy of the building owners for guests to create excessive noise or conduct any professional business that produces noticeable traffic. If you are considering such activity please check with us first in writing. There may be an acceptable way to help you accomplish your goals. However, by ignoring these rules you will be asked to leave the suite - without a refund. It is not permissible to have more people sleep in the apartment than the number of beds provided in each apartment. ALL OF OUR APARTMENTS ARE NON SMOKING AND PET FREE.
