We have recently extended our services to management for properties located in central Jerusalem neighborhoods. Our service is for owners who wish to generate income from their Jerusalem apartment.

• All management aspects of your apartment

For select apartments we can also offer a guaranteed minimum rental income per month as well as furnishing unfurnished apartments.

In order to qualify for our program your apartment must be:
• In one of Jerusalem’s central neighborhoods
• Available for short term rental a minimum of 10 month out of a year
